    Walker Vision Consulting Inc., known as WV Consulting Inc., was founded in January 2020. Located in the city of Nashville, TN, WV Consulting Inc. provides consulting services to local businesses, faith-based organizations and educational institutions. The reach of WV Consulting Inc. extends its reach beyond the local region to provide consulting services to organizations and individuals across the United States.  

 

    The company is led by Dr. LaShante Walker, President and Founder. LaShante is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, strategic planning for faith-based and non-profit organizations and business coaching. 

 

    WV Consulting Inc. was created to provide specialized leadership development training and coaching strategies to help individuals and organizations reach the full potential of their vision, mission and personal goals. Services offered include: Strengths Based Leadership training, leadership development training, diversity and inclusion training, group coaching and team building sessions, and keynote speaking and teaching on leadership.
