Strengths Training - Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment Training
This session will focus on providing a complete training on the Top 5 strengths of each participant. Additionally, all participants will be provided training to help understand all 34 strengths, and how they are demonstrated in team environments. The training will also include a foundational understanding of the importance of how to leverage individual strengths in various leadership roles.
Through the use of visual guides, team exercises and individual assessments, each participant will leave the strengths training with knowledge of how to use their strengths more effectively in their professional lives.
The 4-hour session will include time for persons within the group to learn more about their individual strengths in addition to understanding group dynamics.

Learning Goals and Objectives for the Strengths Coaching Session:

Learn to Name it, Claim it and Aim it: team members will learn to name their strengths, claim their strengths and aim their strengths.

Learn what strengths work best together and how to develop a team strategy for the implementation of strengths into your work culture.

Learn how to get the "best of us" out of team members by allowing team members to express how their particular strength, more specifically the top 5, is demonstrated in their everyday interactions with others.
Minimum of 4-hour training for all training sessions.
